Enhancements

1. A user’s time zone is now tracked independently and displayed with the user’s recorded data, avoiding confusion caused by using the system time zone.
2. Support for Windows login names that include apostrophes (e.g., DOMAIN\D’ARMI) allows correctly displaying that user’s recorded data in the Management Console. 
3. The agent deployment and server device registration processes have been updated to capture all activity in VDI environments without duplicating devices that join or leave the domain or undergo a name change during virtual desktop creation.

Improvements       

1. Updated the agent recorder to capture message data sent in a newer format in Microsoft Teams.
2. To prevent Microsoft Teams, Skype, and other apps from crashing on startup, the agent temporarily disables the capture of IME-based (foreign language) keyboard activity.
3. Improved activity recording to account for logouts that occur during agent software upgrades.
4. Obtained a signed certificate for 32- and 64-bit versions of an agent recorder file (wlcnthr.exe) to facilitate antivirus exclusions.
5. Addressed a conflict that could cause Microsoft Edge to not respond.
