Agent updates automatically appear in the Add Agent options and the Agent Versions section of the Management Console. We recommend deploying a new version to a test device before deploying it across the network

New
- Google Chat - The Windows Agent now records Google Chat conversations, returning events with the Google Chat type.
Enhancements
- Updated Agent Extensions – The Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extensions install or overinstall to update successfully. The Chrome extension now remains “hidden” in Chrome browsers. Firefox extension recording has been improved.
- Teams Chat – Chat recording will continue if a user switches to a different Teams account. The agent records the old and new MS Teams apps and switches between them. Added support for Live accounts in Classic Teams.
- Screenshots – Added the ability to capture the entire screen when screen scaling (150%+) is enabled.
Improvements
- Internal - Secure logging at the client logs the message payloads the client sends to the server in a secure encrypted log. Addressed a memory leak causing one component to use high memory, and improved logging to track the agent’s license status.
- Agent Install/Update – Following an agent installation, temporary install files are deleted as expected. When installing the agent over an old agent, the agent looks for previous files that should have been deleted and removes them.
- Recording Policy Retrieval - If a manual restart interrupts the agent installation, the agent can still retrieve its recording policy. A race condition at agent startup no longer prevents retrieval of the correct recording policy.
- Agent Uninstall – Following agent uninstallation, no agent keys are left in the Windows Registry.
- Agent Version – An updated agent reports the correct version.
- Chrome Recording - In the latest Chrome browsers, website, search, and keystroke events are successfully recorded and returned. When the new agent is installed over an old agent, email and website events in Chrome will be recorded and appear in Data Explorer as expected.
- Firefox Recording – An application event is created for each browser session.
- Application Events – Windows “Server Manager” and other application names appear reliably in Data Explorer.
- Unlock Events – Recorded remote (RDP) sessions no longer report multiple Unlock Events for a single Unlock action.
- Document Tracking – Printed document events now show file names in Arabic. When the Recording Policy requests a UNC path to be recorded, the agent records it even though the user accessed it through a mapped drive.
