A new Mac version (including previous upgrades) automatically appears in the Add Agents options and in the Agent Versions section of the Management Console. We recommend deploying a new version to a test device before deploying it across the network.

Enhancements
- Updated to show a consistent build number throughout.
Improvements
- Chat: All group chat participants and their messages (iMessages) including the local user are recorded and returned with the correct protocol.
- Cloud Documents: Updated recording so that activities on Google Drive and Dropbox apps are now captured and displayed as document events.
- Email: Activity in Outlook now correctly displays the originating application as MS Outlook on Monterey systems.
- Email: Emails created or received prior to agent installation are no longer erroneously recorded.
- Email: Replies to emails with attachments are now captured without error.
- Email: (Behavior Analytics) Scanning email for Sentiment data no longer stops recording.
- Keystrokes: The agent no longer records multiple events for a single keystroke event.
- File Transfers: Corrected file transfer capture that returned an "Unknown" protocol.
- File Transfers: HTTPS/HTTPS uploads and downloads are now captured consistently in Chrome and Firefox with “HTTP” or “HTTPS” (rather than “Unknown”) listed as the Protocol.
- Web Events: Web URLs are now reliably recorded in Safari on M1-chip machines.
- Web Events: Websites Visited, Webmail, and other browser activities no longer list the originating application as “Finder” or “UnknownMacProgram”.
- Web Events: Fixed an issue where active and focus time could be incorrectly calculated for Chrome.
- Web POST: POST data associated with web activity is now captured in Chrome.
- Web Blocking: Blocking by URL now functions in Safari.
- Recording Policy Changes: Fixed an issue where setting updates to a Recording Policy might fail due to a malformed request.
