A new Mac version (including previous upgrades) automatically appears in the Add Agents options and in the Agent Versions section of the Management Console. We recommend deploying a new version to a test device before deploying it across the network. 

Overview

This release covers enhancements and Improvements for the following products and builds:

  • Added support for MS Teams.
  • Added Support for Firefox 103.0.1.
  • Added Support for Apple Mail in OS Monterey.
  • Added Support for the latest Skype version 8.86.0.407.

Enhancements

  • Updated to show a consistent build number throughout.

Improvements       

  1. Chat: All group chat participants and their messages (iMessages) including the local user are recorded and returned with the correct protocol.
  2. Cloud Documents: Updated recording so that activities on Google Drive and Dropbox apps are now captured and displayed as document events.
  3. Email: Activity in Outlook now correctly displays the originating application as MS Outlook on Monterey systems.
  4. Email: Emails created or received prior to agent installation are no longer erroneously recorded.
  5. Email: Replies to emails with attachments are now captured without error.
  6. Email: (Behavior Analytics) Scanning email for Sentiment data no longer stops recording.
  7. Keystrokes: The agent no longer records multiple events for a single keystroke event.
  8. File Transfers: Corrected file transfer capture that returned an "Unknown" protocol.
  9. File Transfers: HTTPS/HTTPS uploads and downloads are now captured consistently in Chrome and Firefox with “HTTP” or “HTTPS” (rather than “Unknown”) listed as the Protocol.
  10. Web Events: Web URLs are now reliably recorded in Safari on M1-chip machines.
  11. Web Events: Websites Visited, Webmail, and other browser activities no longer list the originating application as “Finder” or “UnknownMacProgram”.
  12. Web Events: Fixed an issue where active and focus time could be incorrectly calculated for Chrome.
  13. Web POST: POST data associated with web activity is now captured in Chrome.
  14. Web Blocking: Blocking by URL now functions in Safari.
  15. Recording Policy Changes: Fixed an issue where setting updates to a Recording Policy might fail due to a malformed request.
