- Right-click the Kaspersky icon in the system tray.
Select Pause Protection.
A small popup appears. Select "Pause until the application is restarted" and click Pause protection. Protection will be automatically enabled after the computer reboots. - Download the Windows Agent.
In your console app, select Admin | Download Agents from the sidebar. Select and download the Windows Agent Installer. Right-click and run the silent installer file as Administrator. - Find the installation folder to exclude.
Go to Admin | Company Account and locate the random path under "Antivirus Exclusions." Copy the path, which is your unique install folder. - Open the Kaspersky control panel and select the Settings cog wheel.
In Settings, select Threats and Exclusions > Manage exclusions
- Select + Add > File or Folder.
Paste your unique folder path.
8. Reboot the machine.
