Agent version updates automatically appear in Add Agents options and in the Agent Versions section of the Management Console. We recommend deploying a new version to a test device before deploying it across the network.

Enhancements

  • Removed excess WMI interactions that could inflate CPU usage in multi-session environments.
  • Improved the logoff recording mechanism to prevent missed logoff events.
  • The recording policy "Who to Record" list has been increased to 5,000 users.

Improvements       

  1. Fixed an issue causing a crashing loop that would interrupt recording.
  2. The Microsoft Edge Extension now installs and runs on non-domain workgroup machines.
  3. Updated the startup process to prevent edge cases where a session would not be recorded.
  4. Updated Google Drive recording to capture events as handled by the latest Google Drive software.
  5. Improved re-creation logic for terminal server/Citrix sessions when they fail.
  6. On machines managed by Azure Active Directory, updates ensure the User Domain is correctly identified, preventing failure to record.
  7. Following an agent uninstall, the driver registry key is now deleted as expected.
