New 

• Additional Logging - To enhance debugging and issue resolution, an encrypted log file named “winipdatsec.log” was introduced. This file securely records and transmits communications to Veriato servers.

Enhancements 

1. Legacy Edge – The Non-Chromium Edge Capture was removed.
2. Web-based Microsoft Teams - Support added for the Chat feature in Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
3. Google
   • Chrome – Support added for versions 123.0.6312.106 - 134.0.6998.36.
   • Drive – Updated Capture to support both the Drive Letter as well as legacy File path file locations.
4. Microsoft Teams
   • Additional account environments – These are now capturing chats correctly.
   • Software Recording Agent - Initial Usage records accurately.

Improvements 

1. User Registration - Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) now used as part of the registration process.
2. Microsoft Edge
   • IE Mode - This now functions correctly in Edge.
   • Google Chrome – Initial websites navigated to in Edge and Chrome are now recorded.
   • Office.com - Email capture within the browser has been resolved.
3. Virtual Box – Now runs seamlessly when launching the application. 
4. Application Activity – Overlap of a few seconds in rare instances for events do not occur..
5. Visual Studio 2022 – Opens properly from Software Recording Agent.
6. Installation - The winipbin-install directory successfully deletes after installation.
7. Whatsapp - Downloading from Whatsapp records the proper Hostname.
8. Outlook.com Webmail - Webmail events captures now include the entire body of the email.
9. Screenshot Redaction - Redacted screenshots now display all sections in full screen.
10. Blocked Websites - Website events are accurately marked as 'blocked' when navigating to restricted websites.
11. Command Prompt - Non-Admin elevated command prompt keystrokes are captured correctly.
