Investigator FAQs

First, add devices to the Control Center using any of these methods:

• Enter each computer's information.
• Import from Active Directory.
• Import from Network Discovery.
• Import from a CSV file.

To install the Recorder, either of these methods:

• Deploy from the Control Center to the device across the network.
• Build an executable file (Manual Setup) and deliver it to each device for installation. You can deploy manually at the computer or use SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) or another network tool.
