Antivirus Exceptions
Some programs, especially on Windows, will detect and quarantine Veriato Files. We recommend the following:
- Install on a test machine to see if anything is detected.
- If necessary, disable antivirus and anti-spyware scanning before installing.
- Add the Veriato Folder or Files (as the program allows) to a “whitelist” or “exceptions” in the Antivirus or Anti-Spyware settings. When you re-enable scanning, you shouldn’t have a problem.
