Normally, the client Recorder reports into the Investigator Control Center every 5 minutes. If a client fails to check in, the computer is highlighted in red in the Manage Computers list. You can enable an email alert to trigger after 24 hours if the Recorder has still not checked in. Select Manage System Alert.
