How do I manage data storage / disk space at the server?

The Veriato Cerebral Database basically manages itself. However, because the system is backed up nightly (differential backup) and weekly (full backup), you need to enable Data Retention tools in the Management Console so that old backups are automatically removed and do not fill up disk space.
