1. SSO Setup – The SSO process has been expanded to include EntraID and Okta. Each Identity Provider (IdP) is thoroughly detailed in the documentation, as well as the steps for disabling an SSO.

Enhancements

1. Download/Upload Activity -Downloading large quantities of MP4 and JPEG screenshots is now seamless.

Improvements 

1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Limited Users can set up 2FA in their console with the Login and Access control section visible. 
2. Alerts
   • Switching Keywords work correctly, and Keyword alerts generate accurately.
   • Event alerts for Document activity function properly for users.
   • File Upload/Download activity functions seamlessly.
   • The Alerts viewing placeholder location is retained when adding Comments, such as status, in Event pop-up windows.
   • Daily alerts are generated on schedule.
   • In Alerts page, the Event Details Popup "Show Alert Result" now displays data in sorted order.
   • Dates in the Context tab work correctly, and screenshots display accurately.
   • Simultaneous Alerts are activated from the appropriate triggers.
   • Immediate frequency alerts are generated correctly now, and immediate alerts are triggered uniquely for an activity.
   • Anomaly alerts detail popup loads correctly.
   • Activities and websites generate unique daily event alerts.
3. Dashboard page - Incorrect Error messages have been removed.
4. Data Explorer
   • Custom data ranges are captured correctly.
   • The Geolocate page accurately displays the Mobile selection.
   • An error when navigating to the Printed Files page no longer occurs.
5. Exports – Duplicate alerts have been removed from exports.
6. SSO - Identity Provider Information page has been configured correctly for new accounts.
7. User Activity Monitoring – Loads data correctly for users.
