1. Download Agents – ChromeOS software agent download page has been updated to stress the importance of contacting support for a custom extension to be made for the customer’s account.

Improvements
1. Recording Policy – Resolved an issue where upon adding a path to file tracking with single quotes or double quotes would corrupt the recording policy and would cause issues with file paths being correctly displayed. Also, improved the special character handing to include but not limited to the Ampersand.
2. Data Explorer – Resolved an issue where the Keystrokes datatype was not sorting correctly based on the Windows Title datapoint.
3. Dashboard – Removed another chart that is not used in the IRM/UAM reporting process, “User Anomaly Alerts”.
4. Groups and Policies – Workday Settings page removes a setting that is not used in IRM/UAM recording process, “Recording is On”.
5. EU ONLY – Login and Access Control - Resolved an erroneous popup that claims a newly created user could not be created due to the name already existing, after successfully adding that exact new user.
