The following Mac versions have been tested for support:

Mac browser support (by OS)
The following MacOS browsers have been tested for recording support. The Mac Agent depends on browser extensions installed by the agent to support website recording. Make sure the extensions are enabled at endpoints. See Mac Agent Installation. Keep in mind that browsers are continually updated and support may vary.
NOTE: If event records for an activity type (email, chat) cannot be captured, you can refer to the same time period at a URL, in an application, or in Data Explorer screenshots.
