The Endpoint Agents section in the Management Console provides status and detailed information for each installed agent. When an agent stops communicating, it appears in the Late to Check-in list, and you can investigate and schedule reinstallation, if necessary.
In addition, the system automatically sends an email when a client fails to return data after 5 days (default setting). A "No Check-in/No Data Returning" email listing the devices is sent to the appropriate email recipient.
