Mac OS support 

The following Mac versions have been tested for support (with the Intel or Apple M1 or M2 chip):

  • MacOS 14 Sonoma  
  • MacOS 13 Ventura
  • MacOS 12 Monterey
  • Others may be supported.

Mac recording support

The latest Mac Agent (version 10.0.10771 ) records the following data types on MacOS machines:

NOTE: If you still use legacy Mac Agents (version 2.0.x), consider upgrading to the latest version for expanded recording capability and reliability. Contact Support.

Event Types Capability

Logon/Off Activity

Login, logoff events and:

Please note the required pre- and post-install settings required for extension recording success.

The latest Mac Agent has been tested to support the following:

  • Apple Safari 17.5
  • Chrome 126.0.6478.127 
  • Microsoft Edge 126.0.2592.77   
  • Mozilla Firefox 127.0.2 

Other versions may be supported. Be sure to update the endpoint OS and browser versions for consistent recording support.

NOTE: Browsers are updated frequently! Be sure to check for and install new Veriato Agent versions to improve and  expand recording capability.
