A new Mac version (includes previous upgrades) automatically appears in Add Recorder options and in the Recorder Versions section of the Management Console. We recommend deploying a new version to a test device before deploying it across the network.
Overview
This release covers enhancements and Improvements for the following products and builds:
- Veriato Cerebral build 9.0.10590
Recording Updates (Browser, Chat, Email)
- Installation on devices with M1/ARM-based processors is supported when Apple’s Rosetta 2 has been installed.
- Improved formatting for Microsoft Outlook email data. NOTE: Outlook email is recorded only when the app’s “New Outlook” option is disabled.
