Alert Words are categories of user-defined words that can be utilized to generate screenshots, notifications, and reports based on monitored device activity. Alert Words are extremely useful to ensure employees aren’t typing or viewing inappropriate or unproductive content on their monitored device.
As an example, if you wanted to know about employees that were searching for a new job, you could create a category of words with job search terms and websites, so that you can set up notifications when a user is either typing or viewing those words on the monitored device.
