Veriato Vision is compatible with the following Operating Systems & Applications:
Please see each section below for specific information on the operating systems and applications that are supported. Please keep in mind as applications are updated, we cannot always guarantee compatibility so the list of supported applications will change from time to time.
Microsoft Windows (32 & 64 Bit):
- Windows 10

Note: The software is compatible with both persistent and non-persistent VDI hyper-visor environments including VMware, Citrix Virtual Apps, and XenDesktop among others. Each VDI instance requires its own license. In a Terminal Server environment, licensing is based on the number of concurrent users.
Veriato Vision records the following data types on Windows machines:

Veriato Vision will record all applications on a monitored workstation and provide the name of the application and the active time the user spends in that program based on mouse/scroll/keyboard events. Screenshots and Keystrokes can be optionally recorded from all applications as well. This includes all commercially distributed and proprietary business apps that are unique to the organization. Additionally, Veriato Vision has added support for the following apps to record additional data points:
Web Browsers:
Veriato Vision will record all website activity (websites visited, window title of website, specific URL and domain visited), web searches performed (with search term), webmail & web chat (Gmail, Google Chat, Office365, Facebook chat, Outlook.com) along with the ability to block websites by URL, category and whitelist in the following browsers:

Email & IM/Chat Apps:
Veriato Vision will record all emails sent and received from the monitored PC or all text-based chats in the following apps:
