Antivirus Exceptions
Even if you’re using another antivirus solution, Microsoft Defender or Security Essentials may still be active on the computer. Search for “Defender” or “Essentials”, open the program, and disable scanning. If you use one of these antivirus solutions, before re-enabling scanning, exclude all Veriato Recorder files in the antivirus settings. You can then re-enable scanning.
