Antivirus Exclusion
Before running the Setup program, disable scanning. If Trend Micro OfficeScan is installed, set exclusions in the “Scan Now Settings.” You’ll need to copy and paste the full path and file name for each file from your Veriato List.
Other Trend Micro products may use a “risk_signature”: SPYW_SPECTOR. In the program, find and exclude the risk. Consult your Veriato Customer Support Agent or Trend Micro for further assistance.
