Enhancements

1. Support for Sequoia OS – Support added for recording Mac OS Sequoia.

Improvements

1. Recording Login Events – Enhanced the capture of login information to ensure that most events now include the remote host and external IP address when accessing the Mac remotely.
2. Screenshots
   • Multi-Monitor Support - Screenshot capture improved to ensure no overlapping of screenshots.
   • Smart Screenshots – Duplication issue has been resolved.
3. Device Name Changes - Changed device name updates correctly in the Endpoint Agents page.
4. Size Reduction - Log file size reduced increasing available storage space.
5. Website Blocking – The supported browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave) effectively enable Website blocking.
6. Email and Web-Based Communication Tools
   • Apple Mail - Microsoft Exchange accounts are recorded accurately using Apple Mail.
   • Outlook (Legacy Application) - The capture of draft emails has been removed.
   • Microsoft Teams (Web version) - Two chat recording issues have been resolved.
   • Google Chat (Web based) - Google Chats are now recorded without duplication.
   • Gmail Capture (Web based) – The “From Address” field is captured accurately.
7. Edge Browser - Download File Activity events are no longer being captured in duplicate.

Known Issues

1. Screenshot in macOS Sequoia – Screenshot permission prompted every 30 days, and must be re-accepted to continue recording. 
2. Office365, OWA, Hotmail Webmail - Emails can be recorded in duplicate from these providers.
3. Web based Chat Applications
   • Google Chat - If a user continues chat sessions in the same account but across different browsers, these events are incorrectly merged.
   • Microsoft Teams - If a user continues chat sessions in the same account but across different browsers, these events are incorrectly merged.
