- Mac Agents Remote Uninstall – Customers can now uninstall Mac Agents from Endpoint Agents. The installed agent must be version 10.0.xxxx or later on MacOS 12 (Monterey) or later. Select the Mac device from the list to enable the Uninstall button and request uninstallation.
Enhancements
- Productivity Rating – For amazon.com and google.com subdomains, productivity rating now considers one level of subdomain from the top. This allows rating aws.amazon.com differently from Amazon shopping or events.amazon.com, and mail.google.com from Google web browsing or docs.google.com. By limiting subdomains to one level, customers who use multiple AWS login locations (each an additional subdomain) can rate these as one subdomain, and the domain entries in Data Explorer are easier to read.
- Data Explorer – Added an All/Neutral/Productive/Unproductive filter to facilitate review in the Data Explorer Websites and Applications tabs.
- Endpoint Agents – The “Active & Recording” tile at the top of the page has been renamed “Active and Checking In.” An agent that is installed and checking in may not have the licensed user login that permits recording.
- Daily User Overview Report – Added columns for Website and Application Active Time.
Improvements
- Productivity – Improved the processing of multiple time zones to avoid performance and reporting errors. Changed “Start Time/End Time” processing to account for VM scenarios that could result in distorted active time. Verified that changing the time zone does not distort a user’s logged-in time.
- Hidden Users – Users who have been “hidden” (Groups & Policies > Users) no longer appear in the Productivity view.
- Data Explorer Search – Improved the Search functionality to retrieve web events by URL within other filter parameters (i.e., “Domain”).
- License Purchase – A minimum 10-license purchase is required for both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
- Reports – Fixed a problem with configuring a Scheduled Report for “all users” that caused “No Data Available” to appear on the Scheduled Reports page and empty fields within the edited report form.
